I'm Adenoid Free

On Wednesday I had surgery to remove my adenoids. I knew it was a bad sign when I showed up at Overlake Hospital at 6:45am to find that everyone else who was in the pre-op section of the hospital was under the age of 10. I guess it isn't normal for an adult to have an adenoidechtamy. Needless to say they took the darn suckers out and if you ever want to experience a real sore throat, just go ahead and have a doctor cut your adenoids out. I think this is the best weight loss plan I've ever been on. It is so hard to swallow that eating just isn't worth it (shocking I know to hear me say that eating isn't worth it).

Ooo... that sounds painful! Bart said that his friends once found turtles in Lake Washington (the kirkland side)! Can you believe that? I never knew turtles lived there either!!!!!! And your job sounds great....I can't wait for you and Andrew to have kiddos!
